Series of Cities

I’ve heard that it’s good to create a series of artwork, so pick a theme and create more than one piece around it. I am thinking of new words to letter so selected some cities to letter.

I picked:

London (my favourite city)

Paris (I love Parisienne chic)

Rome (I love the ancient history)

I decided to keep my signature floral style but apply a different colour scheme. For ‘London’ I was inspired by the British flag so incorporated more blues and reds than usual. For ‘Paris’, I was inspired by ‘Paris in the Springtime’ so used more yellows and pinks. With ‘Rome’, I used a general mix of colours.
